PORK LOIN: DAMN YOU ANTHONY BOURDAIN, I CRAVE PORK








umm pork loin

brown meat

add 2 bulbs of garlic

2 peaches halved

anise stalks or celery

whole mushrooms

red potatoes

1 cup of wine

salt, pepper, etc

cover and cook in oven low and slow

I was too ravinous to take an after picture, but it was beautiful
