Favorite Bites


This is one of my favorite bites. Its good for breakfast or lunch. Hearty french bread, fig jelly, brie, and some sort of nut. In this case its pecans. Ummmmm

PORK LOIN: DAMN YOU ANTHONY BOURDAIN, I CRAVE PORK








umm pork loin

brown meat

add 2 bulbs of garlic

2 peaches halved

anise stalks or celery

whole mushrooms

red potatoes

1 cup of wine

salt, pepper, etc

cover and cook in oven low and slow

I was too ravinous to take an after picture, but it was beautiful
